Freestyle/Greco changes for 2019/20

USA Wrestling has announced changes to some weight classes and age groups, new policies at dual tournaments and eliminating the prohibition on straight back suplays for the Kids divisions. These changes will not affect our folkstyle season, but for anyone competing in USAW regional and national events they will have an impact. To see these changes click here.
