USAW TEAL program for coaching women's wrestling
USA Wrestling released their coaching curriculum that is geared specifically towards Coaches who coach females in wrestling.
Course includes:
Best practices and guides for helping female athletes feel safe and welcome.
Includes: Foundations of the Course, Call to Action, Welcoming Girls & Keeping them in the Room, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Team Culture, Adolescent Development, Unique & Specific Technique for Females, Safeguarding Athletes & Coaches, FUN Integration Theory & Best Coaching Practices.
