Our extended wrestling family suffered a couple of terrible tragedies over the summer.  On September 3, Reece Wright-Conklin, a three-time Class 6A state champion for Lawrence High School, died following a motorcycle crash.

Just a few days later on September 7, Stephanie Knecht, wife of District 1 director and USAWKS Women's director Joe Knecht, was critically injured in a boating accident.  She passed away on September 9.

To help these two families, Blue Chip Athletic has created a shirt that can be purchased to show your support.  100% of the money raised from the sale of these t-shirts with be donated to the Knecht and Wright-Conklin families.
